Indian Navy, Naval Armament Depot (NAD), NAD (PO), Visakhapatnam, Pin-530009 Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Armament Fitter, Fitter Fuze, Torpedo Fitter, MT Fitter, Auto Electrician, Assistant Store Keeper & Chargeman-II (Factory).

1. Armament Fitter (19 Posts SC-3,ST-1,OBC-5,UR-10)

2. Fitter Fuze (4 Posts SC-1,OBC-1,UR-2)

3. Torpedo Fitter (32 Posts SC-5,ST-2,OBC-9,UR-16)

4. MT Fitter (4 Posts OBC-1,UR-3)

5. Auto Electrician (1 Posts UR-1)

6. Assistant Store Keeper (7 Posts SC-3,UR-4)

7. Chargeman-II (3 Posts SC-3)


Pay Scale: Pay Band-I Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1800/- and for Chargeman-II Pay Band-II Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/- 

Qualification for Tradesman-Skilled:
1. Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination, NCVT Certificate in relevant trade failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder
2. Mechanic or equivalent with two years regular service in the appropriate technical branch of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

Qualification for Store Keeper:
1. Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Institute / Board.
2. 2 years experience in a workshop in any capacity.
3. Working knowledge of computers.

Qualification for Chargeman-II:
1. Bachelor of Science degree with Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics from a recognised University or Institute.
2. A diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Tele communication engineering from a recognised University or Board.
3. Working knowledge of computers.

Age Limit: 18-25 years. Age relaxation for respective categories shall be as per rules.

Selection Procedures:
1. Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit.
2. The selection process will comprise of Written Test of 100 marks and Trade Test (Practical) 100 marks.
3. All eligible candidates will be called for an Objective Type Written Test
4. On the basis of merit of Written Test marks, candidates will called for Trade Test.

Photographs:
1. One Photo should be pasted in application with Duly signed
2. Two Photo copies Stapled with the application.

1. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with attested copies of certificates/testimonials in support of age, educational qualifications, experience, caste etc.
2. One self addressed envelope along with super scribing the envelope by Name of the Post applied for and category through ordinary post only.
